Starting today, both existing Gun Safe account holders and users can take advantage of a streamlined email system. Now, when you send emails, a ‘case’ will be automatically generated in Gun Safe. This means that while you can still email the Registry, you can also conveniently reply to and track emails directly within your Gun Safe account.
Furthermore, users who have registered their mobile numbers with the NSW Firearms Registry will receive SMS notifications for ‘case’ updates. These enhancements not only bring greater convenience to you but also elevate overall security, ensuring a safe and secure platform for your communications.
