Complete Your Mandatory Attendance Online

Complete Your Mandatory Attendance Online

As part of your NSW Firearms Licence requirements, SSAA NSW is offering a series of online Hunting and Collector Attendance Meetings to help members complete their mandatory participation for the 2025/2026 reporting period (ending 30 June 2026).

It is important to ensure that the genuine reason listed on your firearms licence reflects the genuine reason listed on your SSAA membership card. For information on how to change or update your genuine reason, please click below.

How it Works

  • Delivered online via Zoom
  • 60 minutes per session
  • $10 per session
  • Counts as one (1) approved collecting/hunting meeting attendance

To have your attendance recorded:

  • Join using your full name (must match your SSAA membership)
  • Remain for the full duration of the session

A Simple Way to Stay Compliant

While these sessions contribute to your mandatory participation requirements, they are also ideal for members who want to:

  • Expand their knowledge of hunting and collecting
  • Hear insights from experienced members and guest speakers
  • Stay informed on relevant topics
  • Connect with the SSAA NSW community
